With many jurisdictions and insurance companies requiring your staff to have food safety training, it can be a hassle and expensive to get the training you need. We are certified trainers for both the NRAE ServSafe® and Thomson Prometric (formerly Experior Assessments) Certified Professional Food Manager Program.
ServSafe® Training
The ServeSafe® program was created by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to provide the resources to help keep food safety as an essential ingredient in every meal. As ServSafe® certified trainers, We offer three solutions to meet your food safety training needs.
Certified Professional Food Manager Training
The Thomson Prometric (formerly Experior Assessments) Certified Professional Food Manager Program is approved both by the American Culinary Federation and the American National Standards Institute. The course explains FDA Food Code clearly so that the Food Code is more easily understood.
Scheduled Training Classes
We offer regularly scheduled classes in the DC and Northern Virginia Area. These classes include training materials and the ServSafe Food Handlers Certification exam accepted in both DC and Virginia for a Food Handlers License.
Base Rate -
$135 per person
Includes training manual and exam.
* Discounts are available for large groups or for hosting a class at your establishment.
Review Session and Exam
During any of our scheduled training courses we offer the option to come for the review session and then take the exam. You or your staff is responsible for obtaining the necessary training manual, either from us or from ServSafe®, and preparing for the exam independently. The review session will highlight important topics in a brief format, but not all information taught during the course will be reviewed.
